Just a Girl is a mental health campaigner, columnist, tiara wearing cat lady. She’s had a really difficult time in the past few years and she has chosen to share it with you in this blog. Andy is a Media and Cultural Studies Graduate from Liverpool John Moores University, originally from Manchester. He loves writing, sports and the arts and is passionate about mental health awareness; especially concerning male mental health.
