Understanding Anger in Children and Young People

This event is a Facebook live for parents and carers who think their children struggle with aspects of anger.

Struggling with anger can mean anything from internalising it/keeping it in, to aggressive and violent outbursts.

I have worked with children and young people for over 15 years, many of which, due to adverse childhood experiences, have great difficulties in managing their anger effectively.

Anger is an emotion just as valid as happiness and we need it to stay well. However, for many reasons, some children don't manage to develop a healthy relationship with it.

If this all sounds familiar, come and join this Facebook live where I'll talk about:

* Why anger is important
* When anger becomes problematic
* How we can help our children and young people express their anger safely
