This week is National Story Telling Week and I’d like to invite you, to write for me.
Writing and/or using creative strategies can be very cathartic when it comes to releasing and processing emotions and thoughts about life in general, and especially events and illnesses that cause us distress. This isn’t for everyone, if you’re interested in participating in writing your story, I would encourage you first to think about the impact this would have on you, do you feel it’s the right space and time to do it?
If you want to share your story, explore the meaning of illness and/or experience through writing and give something to someone who may be struggling in a similar way, I’d love to hear from you!
